This is the Blackville Public Schools Alumni Associated, Inc. Third Annual Hall of Fame Gala. The purpose of the Annual Hall of Fame Gala is to recognize and honor Blackville Public Schools Alumni, Staff, Faculty, Administrator, Community and Business Leader for their service to the community.
