The Columbia (SC) Chapter is hosting “A Grant Writing Webinar” to empower nonprofits and community organizations with grant writing strategies needed to create, submit and receive funding for proposed advocacy projects. Ms. Dawn Mullin, Reference Librarian at the SC State Library, will present an outstanding empowerment opportunity for the creation and promotion of strong funding networks.
